The Happiest Place On Earth!

My parents took us to Disneyland the first week in October. The entire family was able to go. We had matching shirts numbered 1 to 23. We had so much fun!! It was so fun to be able to see the magic through the kids eyes. They were just in awe the whole time. Hailey loved all of the princesses, and Jaden loved the Buzz Lightyear ride. He said he liked to, "shoot the bad guys." It wasn't too busy this time of year so it was nice to be able to go on the rides that we wanted to. This post is totally overloaded with pictures, but I guess it makes up for the lack of posts this last year ;)
The kids on the Merry Go Round. Trey and I skipped out on this one because Trey fell asleep in the Stroller (pictured below). It was cute everytime they would go around they would frantically wave at me and yell, "HI MOM!"

We all enjoyed the Ferris wheel. We were surprised by how many rides we could take the whole family on. We stood in this line for about half an hour before we got to the front. When we did Jaden told us the dreaded words, "I have to go potty!" Daddy was able to get him to hold it and we went on the ride anyway. We were so impressed with him. He has been potty trained for about 5 months now and we had NO accidents on our trip. He made it the 14 hr drive too. One time we were standing in line for the dumbo ride and he tells me he has to go potty. I asked him if he could hold it. He points down to the ground and tells me, "I can pee there." he wanted to just drop his pants and pee in line.

Jaden loved to see all the characters...but from a distance. Chip and Dale came walking past us and Jaden would wave and say Hi. Dale came right up to him and touched his shoulder. Jaden FREAKED OUT!! He literally shook and tried to climb up me screaming at the top of his lungs. This is bad, but it was hysterical! He later told everyone, "Dale touched me, I cried." Too cute!

Enjoying the train ride. Jaden has gotten into the habit of pulling faces everyti,e I got the camera out.

Haileys favorite of the trip was her Disney Princess Makeover. We borrowed some dress from a friend and Hailey chose which one she wanted. Early on Wednesday morning she came into our room and asked if it was time for her makeover. She was so excited to wear makeup, glitter, and a crown. It was so cute, everytime we would go up or down stairs she would let go of my hand and delicatly hold up her skirt with her fingers and gracefully walk down he stairs. She totally went into character once that dress was on. Hailey and I had our own little girls day at Disneyland that day. Brandon and Jaden went to save the world from alien invasion on the Buzz Lightyear ride, while Hailey, Trey and I went to go see the princesses. She was so excited!! She loved their dresses and being able to talk to them. She didnt recognize Mulan, but it didnt matter to her she was a princess and that was enough for her. We watched the parade that day and Hailey would wave at all the characters. What made her life even more complete was when Minnie Mouse went by on her float she looked at Hailey and curtsied to her. Hailey turned to me yelled, " Did you see that?!" She was the perfect age for all of this. It was so magical for her and she loves looking at pictures, and talking to anyone who will listen.

We shared a Condo with my Brother Jared and his family. Trey and Jaden are about 10 weeks apart and they have become the best of friends. At one time Trey was sucking on Behrens fingers, while Behren was sucking on Treys head. They would get so excited everytime they would see eachother. They would smile and kick. I think they are going to grow up to be best buddies.

Well this was our trip in a nutshell. Thank You Grandma and Grandpa!! We had so much fun being all together and making memories that will last a lifetime. We cant wait to go back in two years and do it all over again!
